Processors
For our customer relationship management we use HubSpot. This CRM system helps us to identify and target our customers more efficiently. Your information, such as your name and email address, is transferred to HubSpot for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Crunchr also sends content via Mailchimp in accordance with their Privacy Policy. This processor may process data in the United States; transfers are safeguarded by their EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your IP address will be stored in Cloudflare, in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
Legal basis regarding what we do with your data
Crunchr processes your IP address for technical and security purposes. This processing is based on Art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) GDPR (legitimate interest). This same article is applied when you contact us by email or by using a contact form.
Visitor data at Crunchr are processed on the legal basis of Art. 6 par. 1 lit. a) GDPR (consent).

Crunchr processes personal data for recruitment activities which include:
- Communicating with applicants during the recruitment process;
- Scheduling job interviews;
- Assessing applicants’ qualifications and suitability;
- Informing applicants about other possible vacancies within Crunchr.
At Crunchr your application is read by a real human who makes recruitment decisions; we do not rely on AI for this.
What data do we collect?
Crunchr processes the following personal data of the job applicant:
- Personal data (including name, gender, address, email, and IP address);
- Curriculum Vitae (including education, relevant work experiences);
- Optional: additional job-relevant questions;
- Optional: additional data (including availability, start date).
How long do we retain your data?
We retain your data no longer than four weeks after the recruitment procedure ends. With your consent, we may retain your data for up to one year to contact you about suitable future vacancies.

For recruitment we use Personio. This applicant tracking system helps us to handle job applications more efficiently. Your information, such as your name and curriculum vitae is transferred to Personio for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
